First of all go to the layout menu size and select the more sizes option at the bottom of the menu then set the page width to 3.5 inches and height to 2 inches.

The back side of this membership card template go to the insert menu shapes and draw a rectangle shape .
Right corner remove the outline and fill a darker gray color to the shape then align the shape to the left side and middle of the page.

Now let's design the back side of this card for the back side first of all insert a rectangle shape set the height of the shape to two inches and width as 3.5.
